  • Potato
  • Tomato puree
  • Rice flour or maida
  • Chaat Masala
  • Garlic
  • Chilli powder, turmeric, salt as per taste
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Black pepper
  • Vegetable spice
  • Then mix it all

Instructions

  • shred some potatoes then pour some rice flour on it then put some little bit water and put the chilli powder turmeric powder chat masala vegetable Spice and other spices then shred some garlic cloves perfectly and mix it well
  • then ready to make the the sauce take some tomatoes and blend it to make a puree and read some more garlic cloves and put it on the tomato puree take a pan and pour some oil on it then for the tomato puree and put the tomato ketchup about seven spoon
  • Then put all the spices like black pepper, chilli powder turmeric powder oregano and vegetables powder and chat masala then mix it perfectly and fry it well for 2 minutes and see a boil is shown in sauce
  • Then make the potato balls and take a pan for some oil to Deep fry the potato balls then potato balls are perfectly fried then take the all potato balls and put it into the sauce and mix it well
  • The potato manchurian dish is ready enjoy the dish
