  • Salt
  • Potatoes
  • Lemon

Instructions

  • Peel the potatoes. Cut into length wise wedges. Wedges should be thick like french fries. Brsuh the wedges with olive oil. Take a baking dish n arrange the wedges on it such that there is some distance between each piece. Spinkle with salt. Preheat oven at 200 degree centigrade for 15 min. Place the baking dish in the oven for 5 minutes. After 5 min chk the wedges, if turned golden turn each wedge with the uncooked side up. Bake for another 5 min. Serve with tomato ketchup, mayonnaise.
