Potatoes Sabji n Thepla

Ingredients

  • 2 big boiled potatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspn oil
  • 1 tspn Red chili powder
  • 1 tspn coriander powder
  • 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
  • Pinch hing
  • 1 tspn lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • Coriander as needed
  • For Thepla...
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tspn Red chili powder
  • 1 tspn coriander powder
  • 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fenugreek leave as required
  • 2 tspn oil
  • 1 tspn curd
  • Water as needed
  • 2 tspn oil for roasting Thepla

Instructions

  • Boiled potatoes n cut it in cubes.
  • Heat oil in a pan n add hing n cumin seeds.
  • Add boiled potatoes, salt n all spices in it.
  • Add sugar n lemon juice n mixed well.
  • Sprinkle some coriander leaves n it was ready to serve.
  • For Thepla .. Add flour n all spices in it n finely chopped Fenugreek leave in it.
  • Make dough like Roti dough.
  • Take a small portion in it n roll it nicely n roasted it in tava with apply of oils or ghee..
  • Enjoy..

Notes/Tips

Make dough before cooking 20 minutes.. Put dough in fridge.
