  • Red chilli
  • Raw Rice
  • Sesame
  • Snake gourd
  • Curry leaves
  • Hing
  • Ghee
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder

Instructions

  • Cut SnakeGourd into pieces and boil them in water, until they are tender enough. Add some salt to the water. Dry roast the Seseme seeds, Raw rice, red chillies until nice aroma comes. Grind them to a fine powder. Add enough ghee to the pan on medium heat. Add Asafoetida, Garlic pieces, curry leaves, Turmeric in order to the pan. Drain Snakegourd pieces from hot water and add them to the pan. Leave 2-3 mins until the water evaporates, then add the Spice powder done. Leave for 5 mins until raw smell gone and the sesame powder coated to the pieces nicely. Serve with rice.
