- Step 1 :- 200gm prawn ko achhe se wash karke 1/4tbs salt and 1/4tbs Turmeric powder ko marinate kar lenga. Uske baad 500gm aloo and 500gm parwal ko chopped karenge..
- Step 2 :- gas on karke kadhai main 150gm musterd oil garma hone ke baad aloo and parwal ko fry karenge.. fry karne ke baad chingri fish ko bhi fry karenge.
- Step 3 :- firse kadhai main 1/2tbs cumin seeds , 1pc bay leaves, 2pc dry chilli ko 2 - 3 seconds fry karne ke baad 2med size slice onion add karke fry karne ke baad 1tbs Genger and 1tbs garlic paste, 2tbs onik paste add karke firse 2-3 minutes tak fry kar lenga. Next 1 big size chopped tomato and 1tbs Cumin powder , 1tbs Turmeric powder, 1tbs red chilli powder, 1tbs coriander powder, salt and 1/2tbs sugar add karke 2-3 minutes fry karenge. Fry karne ke baad fryed potato and parwal, chingri fish add karke 5 - 7 minutes cook karne ke baad 1.5 cup water add karne baad 10 minutes cover and cook karenge. After 10 minutes 1/4tbs Garam masala add karke serve karenge.
