- Dry roast fried channa and make a powder.
- Mix fried channa powder, jaggery powder, cardamom powder.
- Heat ghee fry cashews. Add hot ghee, cashews to the laddu mixture and mix well.
- Leave it for 2-3 minutes. Then start making Laddu's.
