Ingredients

  • Pottukadalai/ fried channa - 1 cup
  • Jaggery powder - 3/4 cup
  • Ghee - 1/4 cup
  • Chopped Cashew - 10-12 nos
  • Cardamom powder - 1 tsp

Instructions

  • Dry roast fried channa and make a powder.
  • Mix fried channa powder, jaggery powder, cardamom powder.
  • Heat ghee fry cashews. Add hot ghee, cashews to the laddu mixture and mix well.
  • Leave it for 2-3 minutes. Then start making Laddu's.

Notes/Tips

These Laddu's can be stored in an airtight container for 15-20 days.
