- Take a mixing bowl and add cleaned prawns Add red chili powder Add coriander powder Add garam masala powder, black pepper powder,turmeric powder, Salt – to taste,ginger garlic paste, chopped curry leaves,chopped green chillies and mix it well Then add corn flour,rice flour and mix it well Let it marinate for one hours Drop the masala coated prawns one by one into the medium hot oil. Stir continuously and fry 5 to 8 minutes until turns golden and crisp. Drain off the prawn over a kitchen towel to remove excess oil. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon juice.
