  • Prawns
  • Semolina (Rawa)
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Ginger
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Juice
  • Thick Curd (Hung Curd)
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Take all the ingredients for the masala paste and grind them into a fine thick paste in the mixer, using minimum water.
  • Marinate the prawns with the masala for 15-30 minutes.
  • Heat Oil In A Pan And Dip The Prawns In Some Rawa And Shallow Fry Them Till Crispy On Both Sides.
  • Serve With Some Garam Garam Goan Prawns Curry, Steamed Rice And Solachi Kadi!
