  • Wheat flour

Instructions

  • mix tamarind with warm water for 20 minutes wash and clean prawns. sprinkle salt over prawns. add the red chilli, coriander,wheat flour, cumin, turmeric powders add ginger garlic paste,water, squeeze tamarind and add extract excluding the pulp mix well so that the prawns get an even coating dip each prawn in flour, coat evenly and fry till brown.
