  • Almond 1 cup
  • Cashew 1 cup
  • Walnut 1/2 cup
  • Pista 1 cup
  • Phoo makan 1 cup
  • Poppy seed 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder 1 tsp
  • Elachi powder a pinch
  • Dates 1/2 cup
  • Rasin 1/2 cup
  • Anjoor 1/2 cup
  • Sunflower seeds 2 tsp
  • Watermelon seeds 2 tsp
  • Pumpkin seeds 2 tsp
  • Ghee 1-2 tsp

Instructions

  • Dry roast all nuts individually allow to cool blend them into two parts wet and dry powder mixture together in consistency of making ladu adding ghee if required. Store dry. Serve for snacks along with milk for young kid's especially.

Notes/Tips

Blend the dry nuts and wet nuts in seperate blender and latter mix little by little to foam proper consistency.
