- In a pan add 1and a half cup of water and add 2spoons of gelatine. Mix well so that there are no lumps(cook in low flame). Add cocoa powder and one and a half cup of milk and powdered sugar. Cook it in low flame.. Add 1spoon of coffee powder and 2drops of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Add dark chocolate (optional). Turn off the flame Put the pudding mixture in a glass container. Keep it in a the fridge for 3- 4hours. And then its ready to serve Enjoy the yummy Chocolate delight.
