  • Makai na mammara 1 cup
  • Puffed rice 1 cup
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Green Chilli 1
  • Curry leaves few
  • Peanuts 2 tbsp
  • Dariya dal 2 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts 2 tbsp
  • Raisins 2 tbsp
  • Masala peanuts 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
  • Chole masala 1/2 tsp
  • Dry ginger powder 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar powder 2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black salt 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Roasted pappad 2
  • Sev 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • Firstly dry roast makai mammara, puffed rice and roast the pappad also
  • Now heat the oil in pan add all the ingredients one by one and saute for 2-3 mins each, lastly add roasted ingredient and mix it well.
