  • 1 cup basmati rice 1 cup green peas 2 cup water or
  • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste

Instructions

  • Wash rice properly and soak it for 30 minutes. Now heat ghee in cooker or pan. Saute ginger and garlic paste. Also saute whole spices. Now saute cashew nuts and onion. After add green peas and saute slightly. Now add rice and salt. Add water and gently mix it. Cover it with lid. I made this pulao in pan. You can adjust ratio of water depand of water quality. (Sometimes water of borewell required more than corporation water.) Let cook it for 10 to 15 minutes on medium flame. In between check 2 to 3 times. If water required you may add it. In cooker allow 2 to 3 whistles on medium flame. Our pulao is ready to serve
