Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup basmati rice
  • 1 chopped onions
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspn pavbhaji masala
  • 1 tspn coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tspn turmeric Powder
  • 1 small potatoes
  • Coriander leaves as needed

Instructions

  • Chopped potatoes n onions finely..
  • Washed n Soaked rice for 10 minutes n afterwards boiled it with added potatoes.
  • Strain rice n keep aside.
  • Heat oil n added onions in it. Added salt, turmeric powder n pavbhaji masala in it n mix well.
  • Added cooked rice in it n mix well..
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves n served.

You may make for lunchbox or tiffin..
