  • Tamarind
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Mustard
  • Oil
  • Chana dal
  • Fenugreek
  • Curry leaves
  • Hing
  • Jaggery
  • Ginger
  • Green chillies
  • Turmeric powder

Instructions

  • Soak tamarind in hot water and extract the juice. Heat 2tbsp of oil in a kadai,add mustard,chana dal, Fenugreek. Then add green chillies,ginger,curry leaves. Saute well and then add tamarind pulp, Turmeric,salt,jaggery and boil. Boil it until it reduce and become a semi solid inghi puli Add hing and mix well turn off the flame.
