Ingredients

  • 250 gms pumpkin
  • 6,7 green chillies
  • 4 tbsp roasted peanut powder
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • Pinch sugar
  • 1 cup fresh homemade curd
  • 2 tbsp desi ghee
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds

Instructions

  • Chop and boil pumpkin till it becomes soft. Fine chop green chillies. Strain and allow it to cool down. Mash it properly. Heat tadka pan add ghee. Once hot add cumin seeds, green chillies.
  • Put tadka on mashed pumpkin.wait for five minutes.add sugar, salt,peanut powder.mix well. Now add curd.mix well and serve with chapati or rice.
  • If you want to make it for fasting serve with sabudana khichdi.

Notes/Tips

Have it as a sider or with khichdi
