Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients

  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf 2
  • Cloves 3
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Crushed garlic 1tsp
  • Gratted fresh turmeric 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilli 1
  • Chopped red chilli 1/2 + garnish
  • Dry herb 1 tsp
  • Chopped pumpkin 150 grm
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to cook
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander 1 tbsp + garnish
  • Melon seeds for garnish
  • Cream for garnish

Instructions

  • In pan heat the oil and add all the ingredients one by one and cook the pumpkin.
  • Now allow the pumpkin to cool at room temperature then grind it.
  • Take the above mixture in pan add milk, cinnamon powder and fresh coriander and cook for a while.
  • Pour the soup in serving bowl and garnish with seeds, cream, coriander and red chilli.

Notes/Tips

U can take and seeds for garnish To make a vegan u can use any nut milk or coconut milk.
