  • Salt and ghee
  • Baking powder
  • Water
  • 250gm

Instructions

  • METHOD 1. Mix the flour with ghee.salt and baking powder. 2. It should be look like bread crumbs 3. Now add water as required.just combine it. No need to knead it. Keep rest for 15 minutes 4. Make a little thick sugar with the ingredients. Add cardamom. Yo
  • . You add little bit food colour 5. Heat the pan and add ghee. Take small portion from the dough.make it in round shape. Make a whole in the middle 6. Fry it in both sides.in low flame. When it becomes little brown and crispy take out it 7. Put it in sugar
