  • Pumpkin
  • Sugar
  • Ghee
  • Cashews
  • Raisins
  • Cinnamon
  • Cardamom

Instructions

  • Remove the peel of pumpkin and grate it. Heat oil in pan and add grated pumpkin and saute it on low flame. Add sugar by stirring it and then boil it. When water evaporates and as it cooks, then add cinnamon powder and cardamom powder. Before serving garnish with fried cashew nuts and raisins.
