Pumpkin soup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pumpkin
  • 1 tomato
  • as per taste salt
  • 1/4 tbsp black salt
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tbsp oil

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker add garlic, ginger paste.Add tomato diced pumpkin.
  • Add water. Close the lid and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
  • Now transfer the soup in a mixer jar and blend to smooth.
  • Now puree is ready. Adjust water according to the desired consistency
  • Boil in low flame.now add black salt, black pepper mix it well
  • Transfer to bowl and serve hot. Garnish with black pepper,fresh cream. Soup is ready for serve.

Notes/Tips

You can have soup sticks or fried bread pieces with the soup
