  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tbsp cardamom Powder

Instructions

  • 1. Firstly, in a blender take 1 cup curd. make sure the curd is thick and chilled.
  • 2. Add 2 tbsp sugar and ¼ tsp cardamom powder.
  • 3. Blend to make sure everything is well combined.
  • 4. Finally, pour punjabi lassi in a tall glass and top with malai or cardamom powder.
