  • Full fat sweet chilled curd 500ml
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Saffron 8 strands
  • Pista chopped 5
  • Water 1/2 cup1tbsp sweet khowa

Instructions

  • In a glass bowl pour curd and blend for 5: minutes.
  • Add 1/4 sugar, sweet khowa again blend for few minutes in medium speed.
  • Add 1/2 cup ice water blend on low speed. Now the lassi is ready to serve.
  • Now take a serving mud glass pour lassi add saffron strand and chopped pista.
  • Now the tasty thanda thanda cool cool sweet lassi is ready to serve.

Serve chilled.
