- In a pan add oil once the oil is heater add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Then add the dried red chilli and sautee it for about 30 sec.
- Then add chopped tomatoes Capaicum, red chilli powder, turmerice powder, garam masala,Maggi taste maker and give it a stir.
- Then add water and the Maggi and cover it with a lid and cook it until the Maggi is cooked and the water is evaporated.
- Once done garnish it with coriander and your Punjabi tadka Maggi is ready.
