Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh curd (yogurt)
  • 1/2 tsp cardamon powder (elaichi powder)
  • 2-3 tsp sugar as per the taste
  • 2 tsp any nuts for garnishing

Instructions

  • In a blender, add yogurt, cardamom powder and sugar. Blend them till the mixture is frothy. Check the consistency of lassi, if lassi is too thick add little water or milk as desired. Keep in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve chilled.

Notes/Tips

Make sure the curd is not sour preferably use fresh thick curd (if curd is sour add little milk in it). If you want to serve immediately, add ice-cubes while blending. Adjust the amount of sugar as required.
