  • Chana dal
  • Gongura leaves
  • Cumin
  • Mustard
  • Garlic
  • Dried red chillie
  • Green chillies
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Peanut
  • Oil
  • Turmeric powder

Instructions

  • Take the pressure cooker and add channa dal, sorrel leaves, 2 teaspoons oil, turmeric powder, water and pressure cook for 4 to 5 whistle. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, crushed garlic, dry red chilies and saute it. Add green chilies, curry leaves, a little salt, peanut and saute it and pour it into the pressure cooker and mix thoroughly and boil the sorrel leaves and channa dal mixture. Serve hot.
