  • Idly batter
  • Salt
  • Baking soda
  • Curry leaves
  • Ajwain
  • Cumin
  • Maida
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Take a cup of idly batter and 1/2 cup of maida and mix well then add salt and keep aside for 30 minutes. Then add baking soda,ajwain,chopped curry leaves and mix well. Then heat oil and take a spoon of batter and drop in oil and fry until golden brown. Serve hot with chutney.
