- Take mixing bowl, mix onion and dry masala and mix it well and give a rest for 15 minutes
- Now add besan and bind it well.
- Now dip fry in hot oil. Half only
- Now press the Pakoda and again dip fry in hot oil till crispy
- Serve it hot with green chilli
