Ingredients

  • Slice onion 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Garm masala 1/4 tsp
  • Besan 1 cup
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Take mixing bowl, mix onion and dry masala and mix it well and give a rest for 15 minutes
  • Now add besan and bind it well.
  • Now dip fry in hot oil. Half only
  • Now press the Pakoda and again dip fry in hot oil till crispy
  • Serve it hot with green chilli

Notes/Tips

For more Crispyness u can add corn flour or rice flour
