  • Onions
  • Amchur powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Mustard
  • Maida
  • Coriander
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed and switched off the flame, add a pinch of hing, onions, amchur powder, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt, ones the onions oozes out the moisture add some flattened rice in this mixture and finely chopped coriander leaves. Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of oil, salt then mix it, make soft dough. Divide the dough in to equal portions and spread it evenly, and take some mixture and stuff it and seal it and flatten the kachori . Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kachori in a slow flame for about 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot with fried chillies or ketchup.
