Ingredients

  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup fresh matar
  • 1or 2 chopped onions
  • 1/2tbsp chat masala
  • 1/4tbsp roasted cumin seed powder
  • 1 pinch hing
  • 1pinch kala namak
  • 1 /4tbsp red chilli powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 2tbsp raisins
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 hands full green coriander leaves
  • 2tbsp ghee for moyan

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients,now seive flour and add heated ghee in it little bit salt also mix well now make soft dough with help of luke warm water keep aside
  • Now heat a pan put 1tbsp oil in it add green chilli onion and fresh peas in saute for two minutes now add salt red chilli powder toss it off the flame add chat masala and cumin powder raisins mix well and allow to cool
  • Now take a ball from dough make Kachori fill with stuffing and deep fry all kachori in slow medium flame serve hot with curd or any chutny
