- Measure quinoa,rinse it in water atleast twice then soak in water for atleast 15mins. I usually boil preboil quinoa till fluffy to make it soft.
- Heat ghee in a flat bottomed pan, add drained quinoa. Saute for 3-5 mins in low flame until a nutty flavour comes. Now add 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup water
- After 15 minutes, add remaining milk. Add saffron, let it boil for until it starts to thicken. Now add sugar and let it cook for 5 mins in low flame
- Add cardamom powder and let it cook for 2 mins,finally garnish with chopped pistachios, almonds and raisins
