- Take a cup of quinoa and wash it in running water tab. Put two cup of water and cook it. Put it on the side when cooked. Peel 1 ripe avocado, remove the seed and mash it with a spoon. Add cooked quinoa,2 tbsp ragi flour and mix it well with a spoon. After this add ginger and garlic paste in it. Add chopped garlic. Add all the spices, chat masala, salt and mix it well with a spoon. Add lemon juice. Make balls of the mixture and give the shape of kebab. Keep a non-stick pan on gas.put oil in it and shallow fry the kebabs. When one side becomes light brown in colour, turn it off on the other side with a spoon and on the other side also fry it golden brown. Take it out in a plate and serve it.
