  • Water
  • Mint
  • Corinader
  • Green chillies
  • Onion
  • Cloves
  • Cinnamon
  • Ghee
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Wash and rinse the quinoa and soak the quinoa in water for 20 minutes. Drain and pressure cook it up to 3 whistles. Let it cool and then fluff it up. Grind the mint, coriander and green chillies with minimum water into a smooth paste Heat ghee in a pan. Add the cinnamon and cloves and fry for few seconds. Now add the ground paste and fry till there is no more moisture. Add the necessary salt. Now add the cooked quinoa, mix well and serve warm
