- Heat ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, red chillies, green chillies, cashew nuts, onions and saute it. Add turmeric powder, tomato, salt and saute it for 1 minute. To it add roasted sesame seeds powder, quinoa, hot water and cook it on slow flame for 5 -10 minutes with the lid on it. Serve hot.
