Ingredients

  • Raagi flour 1 cup
  • Suji 1/2 cup
  • Salt To taste
  • Coriander leaves 2 tspn
  • Green chillies 1 tspn
  • Onions 1
  • Oil As needed
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tspn
  • Water As required

Instructions

  • Prepare Raagi flour n suji.
  • Finely chopped onions,curry leaves n coriander leaves..
  • Add both ingredients in a bowl n mixed well with water.
  • Add all above ingredients in it n mixed well..
  • Take a Dosa tava n spread it.
  • Roasted it both sides n served it.
  • Served with coconut chutney.

Notes/Tips

Served with tomato catch-up n sambhar too.
