  • Milk half ltr
  • Sugar 200 grm
  • Badam powder 1-2 tsp
  • Saffron pinch
  • Besan 1 cup
  • Salt a pinch
  • Baking Soda a pinch
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Mango pulp 1 cup
  • Elachi powder a pinch
  • Fresh cream 4 tsp

Instructions

  • Rabadi-....Heat milk in heavy bottom pan. Add sugar. Boil till it becomes thick as Rabdi.
  • Boondi-mix besan with salt soda hot oil add required amount of water to form batter deep fry as boondi
  • For serving in bowl add mango pulp mixed with elachi powder layer with little fresh cream boondi rabadi again cream and some mango pulp serve chilled.
