  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Cardamom powder
  • Almonds
  • Pistachios chopped

Instructions

  • Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook, stirring frequently, for 40 minutes. Scrape the sides of the pan and keep mixing. Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix till sugar dissolves. Pour rabdi into individual bowls and garnish with some almonds and pistachios. Serve warm or chilled.
