  • Pistachios
  • Sugar
  • Milk
  • Kewra water
  • Almond
  • Chironji

Instructions

  • Boil milk in a deep thick sauce pan. Stir continously for the first 20. minutes. There after stir 20 minutes. As the skin forms on the surface push it gently on otherside. Like wise let the skin accumulate on all the side of the pan. Boil until 3/4 milk dries up. Add sugar and stir till it is fully dissolved. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from fire. Add kewra water. And serve.
