- Take a heavy bottom pan. Pour the milk. Boil & let it simmer on low flame.
- In this way as the milk cooks and cream (malai) forms on top, this cream is collected on the side of the pan to form layers of thicker clotted cream
- These cream layers are cut into smaller pieces & added into the thick reduced milk.
- Add milk powder & sugar. You can add nuts. Stir once more. Chill before serving.
