- Step 1 :- Radhaballavi ko banane ke liya 150gm Moog dal ko boil karungi . Radhaballavi urad dal se banta hain main Moong da se banaungi .. next stuffing ke liya gas on karke kadhai main 2pc Dry chilli, 1tbs coriander seeds,1tbs cumin seeds add karenge.. 10 -15 seconds fry karne ke baad uska dry paste bana lenga. Uske baad firse kadhai pe 4tbs refind oil add karenge oil pe 1/3tbs hing add karenge uske baad boil Moong dal add kar denge. Dal pe Turmeric, Salt,Sugar add karke jab tak dal dry nahi hota tab tak fry karenge. Dry hone ke baad roasted masala add karke side pe rakh denge. Radhaballavi ke stuffing ready.
- Step 2 :- Radhaballavi ke base banane ke liya 400gm maida lenga. Maida main 1/2tbs salt , 1tbs sugar and 4tbs refind oil add karke ek soft dough ready kar lenga. Uske baad 30 minutes rest pe rakh denge.
- Step 3 :- 30 minutes ke baad .maida se mediam size ke balls ready kar lenga. Ek Ball le kar maida ke balls ke ander Moong dal ke stuffing add karke belan se Kochuri ke round shape karke refind oil main fry kar lenga. Radhaballavi ready Dum aloo ke saath serve karenge.
