- Chop radish leaves finely.Clean and wash them.Drain water completely in a strainer.Heat oil in a pan or wok.Sprinkle mustard and celery seeds.When they splutter, fry the dry red chilli till crispy. Add minced garlic and fry till light brown.Add chopped radish leaves and stir fry adding salt and pinch of sugar to taste.
- Drizzle few drops water to soften the leaves and stir fry till dry.Garnish with lightly roasted sesame seeds and dry red chilli.Serve nutritious and flavourful radish leaves stir fry as a side dish with dal and rice alongwith papad and pickles in lunch.
