  • 1/2 kg radish
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1-2 green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp jeera seeds
  • 1/4 tsp carrom seeds
  • 1.1/2 tsp mustard oil

Instructions

  • First of wash the radish and peel off.now chopped all with it's leaves.wash properly in running water.
  • Now boiled it well.cool it and drain water.squeeze all.
  • Heat the oil in kadhai crackle the jeera and ajwain and add radish and fry.add all spiçes and mix well.cover it for 2-3 minutes.off the flame
