  • 1/2. cup Dhuli moong dal - (soaked in water for 20
  • 1/4 tsp Hing
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder -
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin -
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp Mustard oil -

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a karahi,add hing,cumin powder, turmeric powder,red chilli powder coriander powder and mix.Saute for a minute then add radish,radish leaves and dal.Add 1/2 cup water,cover it and cook on a low flame for 10 min.or until the dal becomes soft.
  • Your healthy radish bhujia is ready to serve.
