- For Pattice Take mixing bowl add all the ingredients of Pattice in it & mix it well, then give a shape of Pattice and shallow fry them until golden brown and crispy.
- For ragda Heat oil in a pan add jeera and whole spices one by one. Now add tomato and dry masala to it & cook till tomatoes are soft. Then add boiled white peas and water, cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Assemble Arrange the Pattice on the serving plate and pour the ragda on it. Now pour and sprinkle chutneys and other ingredients on it as per the taste
