  • For Pattice: Boiled potatoes 2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger Chilli paste 2 tsp
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
  • Ararot for binding
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • For ragda: Oil 2tsp
  • Cumin seed 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Cinnamon stick 1
  • Cloves 1
  • Black pepper 2-3
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Boiled white Peas 2 cups
  • Water 1 cup
  • Other: red garlic chutney
  • Green Chutney
  • Sweet chutney
  • Masala peanuts
  • Chopped onion
  • Promogranate seeds
  • Sev
  • Fresh coriander

Instructions

  • For Pattice  Take mixing bowl add all the ingredients of Pattice in it & mix it well, then give a shape of Pattice and shallow fry them until golden brown and crispy.
  • For ragda  Heat oil in a pan add jeera and whole spices one by one. Now add tomato and dry masala to it & cook till tomatoes are soft. Then add boiled white peas and water, cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Assemble  Arrange the Pattice on the serving plate and pour the ragda on it. Now pour and sprinkle chutneys and other ingredients on it as per the taste
