- Milk khoa: Boil 1 1/2 litre of milk till you get khoa consistency Let it cool
- Add Ragi flour,Baking soda,Baking powder to the khoa and make it a soft dough.
- Sugar syrup: Boil water. Add panangarkandu to it. Stir well for 20 minutes on medium flame. Add cardamom to it.
- Now make the dough into small balls and deep fry them in the oil.
- Now soak them in the sugar syrup.
