Ingredients

  • Ragi flour
  • Milk
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Panangarkandu
  • Water
  • Cardamom
  • Ghee

Instructions

  • Milk khoa: Boil 1 1/2 litre of milk till you get khoa consistency Let it cool
  • Add Ragi flour,Baking soda,Baking powder to the khoa and make it a soft dough.
  • Sugar syrup: Boil water. Add panangarkandu to it. Stir well for 20 minutes on medium flame. Add cardamom to it.
  • Now make the dough into small balls and deep fry them in the oil.
  • Now soak them in the sugar syrup.
