Ingredients

  • Ragi Flour / Finger Millet Flour- 1 Cup
  • Rice Flour / Semolina - 1/2 Cup
  • Curd- 1/2 Cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Baking Powder- 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  • 1. Mix Ragi flour, Rice flour / Semolina, salt and curd. 2. Rest it for 10 minutes. 3. Add Baking Soda in the batter and mix well 4. Pour the batter in Idli mould and steam for 15-20 minutes 5. Serve with Coconut Chutney or any chutney of your choice.

Notes/Tips

Add grated Carrot, Curry leaves in the batter to make it more healthy.
