  • Ragi Flour
  • Idli Rice
  • Urad dal
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Wash and soak urad dal and Idli rice for 3-4 Hours.
  • Grind urad dal to smooth paste . Now coarsely grind idli rice. By adding little water.
  • Now mix urad Dall mixer ,corasely grinded rice and Ragi flour salt. Mix very well. Ferment overnight.
  • Heat idli steamer , an pour the fermented batter into The greased idli stand. Place in the steamer and steam for 10-12min . Serve hot with chutney for healthy breakfast
