  • Ragi flour
  • Jaggery
  • Ghee
  • Milk
  • Desiccated Coconut
  • Rosted Peanut
  • Cardamom Powder
  • Almond for garnisging

Instructions

  • ✅Heat the ghee in a pan. ✅add the ragi flour, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes. ✅stirring it continuously.
  • ✅Add the jaggery, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes. ✅Add desiccated Coconut,milk,peanuts and cardamom powder. ✅mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, then turn off the gas.
  • ✅Start making ladoos out of this mix when it is slightly hot since that makes the ladoos stick. ✅Garnish with chopped almonds.. ✅Store it in an airtight container..
