  • Ragi Flour
  • Refined Flour
  • Baking powder
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla essence
  • Milk
  • Melted butter

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, sieve ragi flour, refined flour, baking powder. Add salt, castor sugar and break in eggs. Add vanilla essence, milk, melted butter and whisk till well combined.
  • Heat a non-stick pan, grease it with a little melted butter and add a portion of the prepared batter and cook on medium heat till the base is cooked.
  • Flip and cook the other side till done.
  • Place stacks of pancakes on a serving plate. Dust icing sugar and drizzle honey on top and serve.

Please enjoy hot and fresh as they may turn soggy with time.
