- In a mixing bowl, sieve ragi flour, refined flour, baking powder. Add salt, castor sugar and break in eggs. Add vanilla essence, milk, melted butter and whisk till well combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan, grease it with a little melted butter and add a portion of the prepared batter and cook on medium heat till the base is cooked.
- Flip and cook the other side till done.
- Place stacks of pancakes on a serving plate. Dust icing sugar and drizzle honey on top and serve.
