Ingredients

  • Ragi 1 cup
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Besan 2 tbsp
  • Curd 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chili 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander 1/4 cup
  • Chopped curry leaves 1 tsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1/4 cup
  • Water 2 cups
  • Ghee for shallow fry

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients one by one and mix it well.
  • Make a batter like dosa consistency and give a rest for 30 minutes.
  • Now make pancake/pudla from the mixture and shallow fry in ghee.
  • Serve it hot with green chutney.

Notes/Tips

U can use fresh coconut also.
