- Dry roast sesame seeds, walnuts and dessicated coconut and keep aside.
- In the same pan add ghee. Once warm add ragi flour and roast the flour till the flour turns aromatic. Heat on a very low flame. This process takes 10-12 minutes.
- Now mix the ragi flour, walnuts, sesame seeds and dessicated coconut. Add cardamom powder and dry ginger powder.
- Take 1 tbsp water and melt Jaggery. Once melted strain it with seive and pour the jaggery water to the ragi flour mix. Mix everything well.
- When the mixture is slightly cold (bearable to make ladoo) take a small amount in your palms and make a ladoo.. Repeat and make all the ladoos.
- Store in an airtight container.
